Ab blasting fun, from TRX V-Ups, Planks, Partner Ab Blast, right to our Tabata Leg Lifts/TRX Squat Jumps. Tabata 20 sec high intensity, max effort, with 10 sec rest for 8 rounds. I’ll bringing in the actual Tabata Music, so that all the cues are built in. Ended with a little bit of hacky sack. You guys all worked super hard and I thank you. We’ll give it hell Tuesday. >:)
