Padded Weapons Training

Unique, Fun, Sweat-Enducing, and Mostly Safe…..

These are some of the keywords that sums up training with specially designed foam weapons. My padded weapons of choice are made by Action Flex.   I would like to share my experiences with Modern Fencing, Capo Ferro, Italian Rapier, German Longsword, and some Gladiatorial Combat.  Other weapons that are covered are Escrima, Knife and Staff.
